Porterhouse steaks and T-bone steaks for lovers of special cuts

What is special about the Porterhouse Steak and the T Bone Steak?

If you're a meat lover who appreciates special cuts, you can't go wrong with a juicy porterhouse steak or a delicious T-bone steak. These steaks are cut from the back of the cow and are characterized by their distinctive T-shaped bone.

Both steaks contain a portion of sirloin and a small amount of tenderloin. The T-bone steak and the porterhouse steak are very similar; both have the characteristic T-shaped bone, but the porterhouse steak contains a larger portion of tenderloin than the T-bone steak.

Both cuts are perfect for quick grilling or pan-frying. Look forward to a juicy highlight with a delicious, robust flavor.

How do I prepare the porterhouse and T-bone steak? (You'll find out soon on our blog.)
