Halloween Burger Recipe – Spooky Delight Deluxe

Ingredients (for 6 burgers)

Our Products

  • 6 burger patties, 200g each, made from Pomeranian heifer beef
  • 6 black burger buns
  • 1 cup sour cream dip (80 g)
  • Eckahart BBQ Sauce No. 5 Hot (as Chili Blood Sauce)
  • 1 bag of sweet potato fries (750 g) as a side dish

Additionally (for the creepy effect)

  • 6 leaves of crisp lettuce
  • 6 slices of tomato
  • 1 red onion, sliced ​​into rings
  • 12 small mozzarella balls (for the eyes)
  • 12 green olives stuffed with bell peppers (as pupils)
  • 150 g cooked spaghetti (as “worms”)
  • some strips of beetroot or thin strips of bell pepper (as "veins")

Preparation

Prepare the fries

Prepare the sweet potato fries according to the package instructions in the oven or deep fryer until golden brown.

Toast the buns

Halve the black burger buns and toast them briefly in the oven, toaster or on the grill until they are slightly crispy.

Grilling patties

Sear or grill the 200g Pomeranian heifer burger patties over high heat (approx. 3-4 minutes per side for medium). Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare sauces

  • Spread the bottom half of the bun with the sour cream dip.
  • Generously coat the top half of the bun with Eckahart BBQ sauce No. 5 – this gives it a blood-red spicy kick.

Build burgers

  • On the bottom bun: lettuce leaf, tomato slice, onion rings.
  • Place the patty on top, then drizzle generously with barbecue sauce.
  • Halve the mozzarella balls and combine each with an olive → make eyes and fix with sour cream.
  • Hang cooked spaghetti like "worms" between the meat and the bun.
  • Enhance the bloody look with strips of red beetroot.

Final Touch

Place the bun lid on top, securing it with a skewer if necessary. Serve with crispy sweet potato fries.
