Heat a pan, sear the sirloin steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side, then let them rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat).

Wash the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Season wild salmon with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Heat a pan, sear the salmon on the skin side for about 4 minutes, turn it over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
