My name is Roman – and my journey began with one goal

It all started with a simple challenge: running. In the first year, I proudly completed... 1000 km – a distance that challenged me physically and mentally. But I wanted more. In 2022 I doubled my mileage to 2000 kilometers., an achievement that showed me what I am capable of if I persevere.

The transformation: From endurance runner to strength athlete

While I was getting used to my new running records, I discovered another passion: Strength trainingEspecially when gyms reopened, my focus gradually shifted from pure endurance training to a combination of strength and cardio. Running was reduced, but never completely eliminated from my life.

Today I'm following a structured plan:
Running twice a week – for physical fitness and mental strength
Gym three times a week – for muscle building and strength

This mix keeps me fit, efficient and full of energy – no matter what life brings.

Nutrition: High in protein, healthy and enjoyable

A balanced diet plays a central role for me. My focus is on plenty of protein, fresh vegetables and high-quality foodsLean protein sources are among my favorites:
