Preparation:
Prepare steaks:
- At least 30 minutes before grilling Take it out of the refrigerator.
- Our preview of salt & pepper Season, do not oil beforehand.
Heat up the grill:
- Direct zone (250-300°C) for high-heat searing.
- Indirect zone (120-150°C) for final cooking.
Grilling steaks:
- sear it on high heat – per page 2-3 Min., until a nice crust forms.
- In the indirect zone place and cook to the desired core temperature:
- Rare: 48-50 °C
- Medium-Rare: 52-54°C (perfect for ribeye)
- Media: 56-58 °C
Buttery finish:
- Place the steaks in a pan or on the grill rack with Butter, garlic & rosemary Let it steep briefly.
Let it rest (5-10 min.), then slice and serve.
