  • 1 Full Packer Brisket 
  • Rub:
    • 4 EL coarse sea salt
    • 4 tablespoons coarse black pepper
    • 2 tbsp smoked paprika powder
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
  • For rubbing in: 3 tablespoons of mustard or olive oil
  • For humidifying: Apple juice or beef broth

Preparation:
